Keo 2 thành phần AD-15

PANATEX AD-15
AQUEOUS VINYL URETHANE ADHESIVE

PANATEX AD-15 is a new type of emulsion system adhesive that can be bonded in the neutral zone of pH. It offers a strong initial bonding strength thus working efficiency is enhanced.

1 - APPLICATION :

{ Production of laminated wood
{ Assembly of furniture and flush bonding.
{ Miscellaneous wood working application in general

2 - GENERAL PROPERTIES:

PROPERTIES
PANATEX AD-15
HARDENER
Cross-linking agent
Appearance
White viscous liquid
Brownish black liquid
Non-volatile matter
41 - 45 %
Effective constituent at more than 98%
Viscosity (at 300C)
85 to 115 poise
2.0 to 4.0 poise
pH
6 to 8

3 - TYPICAL BONDING CONDITIONS :
Adhesive composition
AD-15 / HARDENER
Mixing Ratio
100 / 10÷ 15
Pot Life
50 - 60 minutes
Ambient Temperature
300C
Glue Spread
180 - 250 g/m2
Moisture Content
Lower than 12%
Pressing Time at 300C
30 - 120 minutes

4 - WOOD PREPARATION :

{ Moisture content : Less than 12%
{ Lamination arrangement : control moisture content’s difference of each adjacent laminar less than 5%
{ Thickness Allowance : Within 0.2 mm. This is difference between max. thickness and min. thickness (max. - min. <>

5 - CONDITIONS OF GLUING :

{ Preassembly of laminar : Assemble laminas to fit the size of press machine Mark a line with chalk.
{ Spread : Spread glue by spreader with doctor roller, which is best way to do it. Spread volume : 180 - 250 g/m2 (per one glue line)
Spread by suing spreader, hand - roller, brush, ect. Evenly and quickly on the surface.
Spread volume should be such a amount that even amount of glue is squeezed out from the glue line.
{ Assembly time :
Assembly time is a time from glue spreading to clamping.
Assembly time : 10 minutes at 300C (it depends on temperature)
Among the factors increasing the assembly time are :
a. Type of glue. Liquid glues have longer assembly time than emulsion or dispersion glues.
b. Frequently lower solids increase assembly time.
c. Glue spread. A heavier glue spread increases assembly time.
d. Temperature . A lower temperature increases assembly time.
e. Moisture. Drier woods decrease assembly times.
f. Substrate. Use of high pressure laminate or particle board gives a longer closed assembly time than wood veneers.
g. Ring porous woods such as Oak, Ash, give longer assembly time than Maple or Poplar.
{ Pressing :
Press at fixed pressure rate and hours according to the difference type of glue.
{ Pressure : 5 - 25 kg/cm2
Hard wood :
Specific Gravity more than 0.5 10 - 25 kg/cm2
Soft wood :
Specific Gravity more than 0.5 5 - 10 kg/cm2
Press time : 30 - 120 minutes (at 300C)
It will differ depending on type of glue, wood species, size of laminate and temperature, etc.
{ Aging :
After releasing of pressure, its adhesive has not cured properly yet. So, aging is required.
Before going to next process, need at least 24 hours aging.
To get best bonding performance, 5 days aging under 300C is required.
